Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Electroplater located in Novi, MI. The Electroplater will be responsible for preparing and treating metal surfaces for electroplating, operating and maintaining plating equipment, following chemical plating procedures to meet quality and safety standards, and inspecting finished products to ensure specifications are met. Additional responsibilities include maintaining records of processes and ensuring compliance with environmental and safety regulations in the workplace. Qualifications Understanding of electroplating processes and techniques, including surface preparation and treatment Knowledge of operation and maintenance of plating equipment Attention to detail for inspecting finished products to meet quality standards Familiarity with safety protocols and environmental compliance standards related to electroplating Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Basic knowledge of chemical handling and material coatings Physical ability to perform tasks requiring manual dexterity and prolonged standing High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in relevant fields is a plus Previous experience in electroplating, manufacturing, or a related field is preferred but not required Commitment to maintaining a safe and organized workspace #J-18808-Ljbffr Diamond Tool Manufacturing
