Ultrasound Sonographer

American Traveler is hiring a travel Ultrasound Technologist with 3+ years of experience in general sonography including breast ultrasound for a day shift position in Ohio.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of ultrasound technologist experience required
• RDMS (General) registration required
• One of the following certifications is required: RDCS, RVT, RCS, or RVS
• BLS/BCLS required
• Experience with breast ultrasound required
• Proficiency with Canon Xario 1000, Canon Aplio i600, Trophon, and Morg PACS required
• Candidates must reside more than 60 miles from the facility to be eligible
• License required if applicable

Responsibilities

• Outpatient or hospital-based diagnostic imaging setting performing general ultrasound
• Modalities include general abdominal/OB, small parts, and breast ultrasound
• Canon Xario 1000 and Canon Aplio i600 ultrasound equipment used
• Morg PACS system used for imagingSchedule is 5x8-hour day shifts, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
• 13-week contract
• Perform general abdominal, OB, small parts, and breast ultrasound examinations
• Trophon device used for transducer reprocessing
• Position is covering an FMLA leave
