Responsibilities- Generate new business through cold calling, referrals, networking events, social media outreach, and community engagement to build a strong and consistent sales pipeline.
- Maintain an organized and active sales pipeline using CRM software to track prospects, follow-ups, renewals, and key performance metrics, ensuring timely client communication and accurate reporting.
- Consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals by maintaining a proactive focus on prospecting, lead generation, and closing new Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life insurance policies.
Missouri Life, Health, Accident, Property and Casualty Insurance license required
Sales background preferred
Strong communication skills
Self-motivated and coachable
Must be based in St. Louis (in-office)
