Data-Driven Business Analyst: Insights & Solutions

Job Introduction: We are seeking a Business Analyst to analyze business needs, translate requirements, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives
- Translate business needs into clear technical specifications
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and insights
- Support project planning and requirement prioritization
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvement solutions
- Prepare detailed documentation and reports for stakeholders
- Assist with User Acceptance Testing and validation
- Work closely with technical teams during implementation
- Track project progress and requirement traceability
- Conduct impact and gap analysis for proposed changes
- Support leadership with analytical insights and recommendations
- Ensure alignment between business goals and delivered solutions
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings
- Maintain consistency and accuracy in business documentation
