Maintenance: Asphalt Maintenance Technician Job Title: Asphalt Maintenance Technician Status: Full-Time Pay Rate: $18.00 – $30.00 per hour, based on experience We are looking for experienced asphalt technicians for the following crews: Infrared Asphalt Patching Crew Hot Rubberized Crack Sealing Crew Asphalt Seal Coating Crew Immediate opening for experienced Seal Coating & Crack Sealing foreman with up to $30.00 per hour and flexible scheduling. Two sets of pay scales have been established based upon experience. Experience operating within this field is highly encouraged, but unexperienced candidates are encouraged to apply. All candidates must have a valid driver’s license that satisfies our insurance regulations. This position requires experienced candidates only with previous PREP experience. Skills include working with case tractors and backhoes to prepare surfaces for asphalt paving, grading, saw‑cutting, grade shooting, and compaction. Health Insurance and 401K programs are available.
