Project Billing Analyst

Joining a collaborative finance team, the full-time Project Billing Analyst will support the implementation of a new ERP system, manage project billing processes, and ensure accurate financial reporting in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities: Serve as a key member of the ERP implementation team, collaborating with Project Managers on contract documents and client invoicing Analyze project revenues and expenses monthly, prepare draft and final invoices, and support the month-end close process Communicate with cross-office teams and maintain billing documentation while compiling data for reports as needed Required qualifications: High school diploma or GED Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and previous billing process support Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Ability to work standard business hours within the supported time zone Strong analytical and organizational skills with a high attention to detail
