Technical Project Manager Our client is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead enhancements to a recently deployed Cloud CRM System environment and support expanded adoption across the enterprise. This position will oversee the full project lifecycle, managing cloud enhancement initiatives, stakeholder engagement, project planning, resource coordination, budgeting, reporting, and change management activities.The ideal candidate brings strong project management expertise, experience supporting iterative delivery models and experience working cloud-based CRM platforms.Required QualificationsExperience managing cloud-based application projects.Experience working within iterative or agile delivery environments.Experience with ongoing project pipeline managementExperience managing enterprise software implementation or enhancement projects.Strong understanding of project lifecycle management methodologies.Experience with project planning, budgeting, forecasting, and resource management.Advanced communication, leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Visio, Excel, and Word.ResponsibilitiesManage the full project lifecycle from project initiation through implementation and closeout.Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.Drive project execution while ensuring alignment to scope, budget, schedule, and quality objectives.Lead stakeholder communications and establish effective governance and reporting processes.Coordinate cross-functional teams and project resources.Facilitate risk, issue, dependency, and change management activities.Prepare and deliver project status reports, project documentation, and budget updates.Support ongoing pipeline management and iterative project delivery practices.Partner with business and technology stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of platform enhancements.Track project performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.EnvironmentHybrid work environment.Cross-functional collaboration with business and technology teams.Enterprise-scale digital transformation and CRM enhancement initiatives.Fast-paced environment requiring strong organization and communication skills.What You'll Be Working OnSupporting enhancements to a recently implemented cloud CRM platformExpanding platform adoption and user engagement across the organization.Driving process improvements related to sales and customer service operations.Leading business-critical cloud transformation initiativeJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Bellevue, WA.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $80.00 - $95.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
