Insurance Producer

We are seeking a motivated Insurance Producer to join a growing independent insurance agency. This position is ideal for someone with experience in personal lines insurance and some exposure to commercial lines who is ready to build a successful book of business. Responsibilities Develop new personal and commercial insurance business Build relationships with prospective clients through calls, networking, referrals, and community involvement Identify clients’ insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage Prepare and present insurance proposals Work with account managers and carrier representatives to quote and bind coverage Maintain strong relationships with clients and assist with renewals and cross-selling opportunities Meet established sales and production goals Maintain accurate prospect and client information in the agency management system Stay current on insurance products, carrier guidelines, and industry trends Qualifications Experience selling personal lines insurance required Commercial lines knowledge or experience strongly preferred Active Property & Casualty insurance license preferred Strong communication, relationship-building, and sales skills Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable developing new business Ability to work independently while contributing to a team Experience with an independent agency or direct-writing insurance company will be considered Compensation Competitive new-business and renewal commissions Significant income and career-growth potential Full medical, dental, and vision insurance 12 days of paid vacation Paid time offAll paid holidays Ongoing training and professional development Supportive team environment with the resources needed to build a successful book of business This is an excellent opportunity for an insurance professional who wants a strong base salary, competitive commissions, comprehensive benefits, and the support needed to grow into a successful producer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
