Position Summary
The Patient Services Technician is a member of the health care team
Responsibilities
- 1. The PST performs basic nursing care in a hospital setting.
- 2. The PST performs touch up cleaning of the Nurse's Station, patient rooms, and the employee lounge.
- 3. Responsible for inventory control and restocking of patient areas, storage rooms, Emergency Room, exam rooms and the Nurse's Station
Minimum Qualifications
- Current CNA certification or enrolled in an approved certification CNA program.
- At least 16 years of age and attending High School, High School graduate or GED equivalent.
- Maintains current BCLS certification.
