Role Description This is a full-time, on-site CNC Operator role based in Kinzers, PA, within a custom job shop environment. The CNC Operator will set up, operate, and monitor CNC machinery to produce precision parts according to engineering drawings and work orders. Daily tasks include interpreting blueprints, selecting tools, loading materials, adjusting machine settings, and verifying dimensions using appropriate measuring instruments. The role involves performing routine machine maintenance, identifying and correcting machining issues, and working closely with team members to optimize production runs. The CNC Operator will also document production activities, follow safety and quality standards, and contribute to continuous improvement of shop processes.\n

• Candidates should possess strong Machine Operation skills, including setup, operation, and basic troubleshooting of CNC machinery.

• Candidates should possess Machining and Milling skills to accurately produce components from drawings and specifications.
\n
• Candidates should possess Quality Control skills, such as using measurement tools, inspecting parts, and maintaining documentation.
\n
• Candidates should possess general Machinery skills, including routine maintenance, safe operation, and understanding of shop equipment.
\n
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
\n
• Experience in a job shop or manufacturing environment is preferred.
\n
• Attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and commitment to safety and quality.
\n
• Reliable work habits, ability to stand for extended periods, and capability to lift and handle materials as needed.
\n
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional vocational or technical training in machining or CNC operation is beneficial.
