Overview Do you love fitness, meeting new people, and being part of a fun, energetic team? HOTWORX West Fargo is looking for a motivated, dependable, and outgoing Fitness Sales Associate to help grow our membership community while creating an amazing experience for every member who walks through our doors. What You’ll Do Welcome and connect with members and guests Give studio tours and help people start their fitness journey Sell memberships and retail products Follow up with leads and referrals Assist with social media and community events Keep the studio clean, organized, and welcoming Motivate members and help them reach their goals What We’re Looking For Positive attitude and strong work ethic Comfortable talking with people and building relationships Goal-oriented and self-motivated Reliable and coachable Passion for health, fitness, and wellness Sales or customer service experience is a plus Schedule 15–25 hours per week Day, evening, and rotating Saturday shifts Opportunity for bonuses and commissions If you’re ready to work in a positive environment where you can make an impact, grow your skills, and help others transform their lives, we’d love to meet you! #J-18808-Ljbffr HOTWORX
