Overview:

Due to growth, Feltz Therapy Services is now hiring a Physical Therapist for a pediatric clinic position in Smyrna and Murfreesboro, TN. The caseload is building to full-time. Part-time candidates with a minimum of 6 hours of availability per week will also be considered.

The ideal candidate should be personable with good communication skills.

New grad Physical Therapists will be supported and mentored.

Caseload / Patient Population:

The Physical Therapist hired will work in a dynamic outpatient pediatric setting with the potential for home care visits. Bring your passion and specialty to join the winning team!

Full-time PTs should expect to schedule 32 - 35 patient visits and treat an average of 25 patients per week.

Compensation and Benefits:

The compensation for this full-time position will start in the ballpark of $61,000 - $85,000 per year depending on experience with the opportunity to earn more with incentives.

Work Schedule:

The clinic is open Monday-Friday: 8 am-6 pm. No weekends required. No major holidays! There is some flexibility of the work schedule based on the needs of the clinic and the clinician hired.

Job Requirements:

• Eligible for TN state licensure as a Physical Therapist.

• Prior pediatric experience is preferred.

• New grad PTs will be supported and mentored

• Part-time candidates with 6 hours of availability will also be considered.

• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States without restriction.
