What You'll Do

As a Store Manager at Scooter's Coffee, you’ll be the driving force behind the success of your store. Your mission will be to create a welcoming environment for customers and team members alike while ensuring smooth daily operations. Here’s what your role will look like:
- Lead and inspire your team to deliver exceptional customer service and handcrafted coffee experiences.
- Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and maintaining store standards.
- Foster a positive workplace culture that aligns with our core values of integrity, love, humility, and courage.
- Train and develop team members to help them grow and succeed in their roles.
- Monitor performance metrics to ensure store goals are met and exceeded.

What We're Looking For

We’re seeking a motivated individual with leadership experience and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed:
- At least 1 year of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A customer-focused mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
