For additional information about our company, visit our website at SCOPEThe Yard Hand involves performing manual labor tasks in an outdoor yard, including loading and unloading materials, stacking items, maintaining cleanliness, performing general maintenance, and ensuring the yard is organized and safe. This position will be full time during the summer months, weather permitting. PRIMARY DUTIESMoving items from trucks, trailers, or containers to designated storage areas within the yardProperly arranging materials in the yard to optimize space and accessibilityKeeping the yard clean and tidy, removing debris, and addressing minor issues like spills or damageCleaning and maintaining yard equipment like forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machineryAssisting with inventory checks and ensuring accurate records of materials in the yardPerforming basic repairs or maintenance tasks as neededAdhering to all safety regulations and procedures while working in the yardREQUIREMENTSHigh School Diploma or equivalent18 years of age or olderValid Driver's LicenseAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.Fisher Industries is an Equal Opportunity Employer.We are a drug-free work environment requiring pre-employment and random drug testing.
