Job Title: Physical Therapist – Outpatient Rehab Setting Location: Zanesville, Ohio, United States Pay: USD $70,000 to $110,000 (Base Salary) Shift: Day Shift (40 hours per week) Job Overview: This full‑time position allows you to work in a state‑of‑the‑art outpatient rehab center while providing care to a wide range of patients. Key Responsibilities Assess patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver group or individual therapy based on rehabilitation goals. Supervise and guide support staff to ensure treatments are performed effectively and efficiently. Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including submitting patient charges within 24 hours. Participate in training and orientation for new staff and students, helping to cultivate a positive and supportive work environment. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best patient care and treatment outcomes. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in physical therapy. Current Ohio PT license. At least one clinical rotation in a rehabilitation setting (e.g., outpatient, home health, SNF, acute rehab). Strong written and verbal communication skills.
