Key Responsibilities

• Circulate in a variety of surgical specialties including OBGYN (inclusive of C-sections), Orthopedics, General Surgery, Urology, and ENT
• Operate across 4 OR suites as well as additional rooms designated for minor procedures
• Assist with room turnover and cleaning as needed within a small OR department
• Serve as a second RN in the PACU during callback cases, providing support during the recovery period without independently recovering patients
• Complete hospital orientation to obtain badge, review policies and procedures, and be checked off on departmental competencies

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license with a minimum of 3–4 years of experience as an Operating Room RN
• Strong proficiency with total joint and orthopedic cases is required
• Prior travel nursing experience is required
• Must obtain MOAB certification if CPI or MOAB is not already held (available onsite)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a rural or community hospital setting
• Familiarity with visiting specialist physician workflows including ENT and Orthopedics
• Comfort working in a small, collaborative OR department with a team-oriented culture
