Our onsite Operations Planning Support Specialists and Operations Planning Assistant roles will directly report to you. You will report to the Scheduling Manager.Where You'll WorkThis role is onsite and will require you to work from our Bethlehem, PA fulfillment center daily. Relocation assistance is available for this role.What You'll DoWork with site management and the corporate analysis group on developing all operations staff schedules based on the staffing plan.Identify base, seasonal, flex, and overtime needs for all direct and indirect positions.Conduct employee schedule preference bids consistent with the site base scheduling requirements.Develop computer-based models for staffing and operations to maximize production.Work with corporate forecasting and analysis group by communicating varying assumptions and deviations to the staff plan/forecast (absenteeism, vacations and meetings).Lead the Operations Planning Support Specialists in managing timecard reconciliation, site scheduling, site time off, and other administrative duties.What You'll BringBachelor's degree, or equivalent work experienceAnalytical experience required with 1+ years scheduling experienceOperational experience associated with the site activity to include an understanding of workflow processing with 1-year experience.Working knowledge of Excel is requiredBackground in staff planning and forecast development#LI-JM1Our Total Rewards package includes benefits you’ll love such as competitive compensation, paid time off, an employee assistance program, parental leave, paid volunteer hours, and amazing company discounts!
