Job Summary

Five Star Parks is seeking a hands-on graphic designer with the experience, creative judgment, and attention to detail to lead projects from concept through final execution. You'll own the creative process from brief to delivery, producing work seen by millions of guests across our portfolio of entertainment brands.

We're looking for someone who takes ownership, maintains high standards, and consistently delivers exceptional work without requiring close oversight. Confidence in your creative decisions is important, as well as the ability to receive feedback, adapt quickly, and contribute to the best possible outcome for every project.

• Translate marketing strategy into compelling visual concepts across digital, social, print, environmental, and brand campaigns
• Own projects from initial concept through final production, delivering deployment-ready assets across multiple channels
• Manage timelines proactively, ensuring projects stay on schedule while maintaining exceptional quality
• Keep websites fresh by updating creative for LTO launches and ongoing enhancements
• Present creative concepts and clearly communicate the thinking behind your work
• Balance multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment without compromising attention to detail
• Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and external partners to bring campaigns any day-to-day requests to life

• 4 - 6 years of experience in graphic design or art direction
• Agency experience required; in-house experience is a strong plus
• A portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, strong design fundamentals, and promotional work
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Strong proficiency in Figma
• Excellent understanding of typography, layout, composition, color, and visual hierarchy
• Experience preparing print and digital production files for deployment
• Comfortable working within PowerPoint templates when needed
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage projects independently
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines

• Motion design experience using After Effects
• Video editing experience
• Experience directing photo and video shoots
• Familiarity with WordPress
