The Senior BCBA is the ultimate coach, mentor, and guide for up-and-coming BCBAs at one of our MeBe Learning Centers. This role is all about sharing your expertise, shaping future leaders, and making sure clinical care is top-notch—all while keeping the learning process engaging and fun! You’ll be the go-to resource for reviewing clinical programming, fine-tuning assessment documentation, and providing support and encouragement as newer BCBAs grow their confidence and skills. About What You’ll Work On: Clinical Excellence Duties: Meet weekly billable requirement of 22.5 on a consistent basis Support the team to ensure clinical metrics met Participate in monthly leadership development trainings to assist Site Director or step in during their absence Qualifications: Board Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing with the BACB Minimum of 3 years, post-certification, position working as a Clinical Supervisor/BCBA Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills Able to pass a Background Criminal Investigation Benefits Include: Industry benchmarked, competitive pay $10,000 Sign-on bonus!
