RESPONSIBILITIES

Prospect and connect with potential customers to expand the agency’s reach. Provide clear explanations of insurance options, helping customers make informed decisions. Nurture long-term relationships through consistent follow-up and customer care. Manage customer files accurately and handle policy servicing needs.

QUALIFICATIONS

Confident communicator with strong relationship‑building skills. Background in sales or customer service is preferred but not required. Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and eager to achieve results.
