Industrial Maintenance Technician (Plastics)
$30 - $35 per hourAre you and experienced multi-craft/electro mechancial maintenance technician who is looking for GROWTH? - Night Shift (6p-6a, 2-2-3 schedule)
- $30-35/hour based on experience
- Plastics Injection Molding - helpful
- Electrical/Electronic Experience - Required. salary: $62,400 - $72,800 per year
- Ability to lead others - this position is designed for growth with the company
- Experience with planning, scheduling, vendor management, supply ordering
- Troubleshoot both electrical and mechanical (this includes high voltage, plc, vfd, hmi)
- Experience with a CMMS - documentation of work orders, inventory, etc.
- Safety Checks of the following - cranes, lifting systems, gates, E-Systems, cooling unit, ventilation systems
- Experience with installs, rebuilds and tear downs of manufacturing equipment
- Ensure that maintenance is supporting production, reducing down time
- Training and coaching
- On-call rotation flexibility (rotated out and optional) service to ensure smooth production
- Experience with and knowlege of preventative maintenance, predictive maintenance, reactive maintenance
- Compliance with measures aimed at ensuring occupational safety, hygiene and accident prevention
- Experience with injection molding and plastics is preferred
