Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
Assist in planning, conducting, and evaluating scheduled activities within our successful Activities Department
Lead group activities and maintain attendance records
Collect oral histories and complete patient assessments, progress notes, and care plans as directed by the Activities Director
Maintain a positive and supportive environment for patients and staff
