This 60-bed full-service, short-term acute care hospital maintains established clinical protocols and the resources necessary to support call-based inpatient pediatric coverage across all assigned periods. The facility is structured on-site to ensure quality care delivery for the pediatric patient population served. Clinical operations support continuous availability throughout each designated coverage period.

McMinnville is situated in Oregon's Willamette Valley and is recognized for its wineries and vineyards, with destinations such as Maysara Winery and Panther Creek Cellars offering tastings and tours. The area also serves as a destination for families, with attractions including the Evergreen Aviation and Space Museum, Wings and Waves Waterpark, and the North American Aerospace Museum. Downtown McMinnville features restored turn-of-the-century buildings along the Third Street corridor, housing restaurants, wine bars, boutiques, and galleries.

Clinicians will provide inpatient pediatric hospitalist coverage through call shifts on an on-site basis, with shifts structured on a 6:00 AM to 6:00 AM schedule. Call coverage is a required component of this locum tenens assignment, and clinicians must maintain continuous availability throughout each assigned call period. Clinical responsibilities include the evaluation and management of inpatient pediatric cases in accordance with the facility's established protocols.
