Navra Education is hiring a full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a school-based opportunity in Southern California. - Providing occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Supporting students with fine motor, sensory-processing, visual-motor, self-care, and functional school skills
- Following treatment plans and IEP goals developed by the supervising OT
- Delivering individual and small-group therapy sessions
- Tracking student progress and maintaining accurate documentation
- Collaborating with OTs, teachers, families, administrators, and related-service providers
- Helping students increase independence and participation in the school environment
- Full-time, school-based contract position
- Monday through Friday during school hours
- Competitive weekly pay

- Active California Occupational Therapy Assistant license
- Current COTA certification
- Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- School-based or pediatric experience preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
