About the Role:
Hoods Up Quick Lube LLC is looking for a driven and experienced Manager to lead our fast-paced automotive service team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take the wheel of a growing quick lube operation, inspire a dedicated crew, and deliver top-notch service to every customer who pulls in. Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service, greeting customers, explaining services, and ensuring a positive experience
• Oversee daily shop operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction
• Coach, train, and supervise technicians and service staff
• Inspect work and ensure technicians follow proper procedures and company policies
• Monitor inventory levels and ordering of oils, filters, tires, parts, shop supplies, etc.
• Ensure all services meet safety standards and manufacturer specifications while keeping services moving efficiently
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and upsell additional services when appropriate
• Scheduling appointments and providing estimates for repairs, state inspections, tires, etc.
• Track sales performance, labor productivity, and key shop metrics
• Meet sales goals and promote additional services professionally 
• Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant work environment
• Handle deposits, invoices, fleet accounts, discounts, timecards, and other administrative duties 

Requirements:

• Prior experience in automotive service management or quick lube operations preferred
• Strong leadership and team-building skills in a fast-paced shop environment
• Basic knowledge of oil changes, tires, fluid services, preventive maintenance, 
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and make decisions under pressure
• Valid driver's license required
• Familiarity with computer POS systems and inventory software
• Understanding labor rates, parts costs, shop profitability, inventory, and budgeting
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high service standards
• Must be able to lift, stand, bend, and work around vehicles
