OT Team Leader

Occupational Therapy Team Leader Role Overview: Lead and support the occupational therapy team, ensuring seamless implementation of procedures and personalized patient care during rehabilitation. Collaborate with the Director of Therapy Operations in daily team management, including scheduling, training, and communication with hospital departments. Provide direct patient care, focusing on understanding and addressing their physical, mental, and emotional needs to facilitate recovery and celebrate milestones.
