Known for curated collections and exceptional customer service, we’ve grown into a local favorite with two unique locations: Beginnings Boutique in Scarsdale and Beginnings Bleus in Armonk. Role Overview We are seeking a part or full-time permanent Sales Associate to join our team at Beginnings. This is a client-facing role for someone who is passionate about fashion, enjoys building relationships, and has a strong eye for styling and merchandising. As a Sales Associate, you will work closely with customers to create personalized shopping experiences while also supporting the day-to-day operations and presentation of the boutique. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced retail environment and enjoys both fashion and customer connection. Key Responsibilities Provide personalized styling and one-on-one shopping experiences for clients Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty Assist with visual merchandising, mannequin styling, and maintaining store presentation Stay up to date on new arrivals, product knowledge, and current fashion trends Support daily store operations including restocking, organizing merchandise, unpacking shipments, and maintaining fitting rooms Assist with in-store events, promotions, and occasional social media/content support Help maintain a clean, polished, and customer-ready boutique environment Qualifications Prior retail, styling, or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Passion for fashion, styling, and personalized customer service Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment Weekend availability preferred Ability to travel between our Scarsdale and Armonk locations as needed Schedule & Requirements Part or full-time permanent opportunities available Weekend and holiday availability preferred Must be comfortable traveling between both store locations Compensation $17-$27 hourly Employee Discount How to Apply Please apply through LinkedIn or email your resume to View email address on click.appcast.io. #J-18808-Ljbffr Beginnings Bleus
