Our client is currently looking for a Warranty Manager in Monroe, NC. This person will have success in solving homeowners concerns and delivering high levels of customer satisfaction in a very fast paced environment. The person in this role will be self-driven, have strong attention to detail, and excellent time management skills. This person should also have the ability to perform direct small repairs, craft work including carpentry/drywall/painting/etc. They will also heavily interact with customers, sub-contractors, and builders in a professional manner to resolve larger repair issues for the homeowner. What you will do: Assess, schedule, and supervise warranty repairs for homeowners Ensure that all repairs are made to client's Custom Homes high standards Perform walk-through with Homeowners to inspect all concerns Monitor and ensure that the repair schedule is maintained Perform minor repairs Qualifications Needed: High School Diploma or GED 10+ years of construction experience, custom residential highly preferred Compensation: $80,000 per year #J-18808-Ljbffr TradeLink Solutions Company
