Compensation
- $50k-$150k/year (hourly base uncapped commission)

What Youll Do
As a Journeyman Electrician youll be responsible for:
- Installing repairing and maintaining residential electrical systems
- Performing panel upgrades service upgrades and troubleshooting
- Running wiring conduit and completing rough in and trim out work
- Ensuring all work meets NEC and local code requirements
- Reading and interpreting blueprints schematics and job specifications
- Communicating clearly with customers builders and team members
- Maintaining a clean organized work area and company vehicle
- Completing job documentation accurately and on time
Youll be trusted to deliver high quality work with professionalism and pride.
What You Bring
Were looking for electricians who take pride in their craft:
- Indiana Journeyman Electrician license (required)
- 2-5 residential electrical experience (required)
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- A professional safety focused mindset
