Required Skills:

• Board-certified or eligible in Anesthesiology with fellowship training in Pediatric Anesthesiology
• Valid medical license for practicing in the state
• Proficiency in pediatric anesthesia techniques and protocols
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with pediatric cardiac anesthesia, cath/EP labs, and cardiac imaging
• Prior experience working in a hospital transitioning to a new facility
• Ability to adapt to evolving clinical environments and workflows

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
• Completion of a Pediatric Anesthesiology subspecialty fellowship
• At least 2+ years of relevant clinical experience in pediatrics or cardiac anesthesia

Other Requirements:

• Must be fellowship trained in Pediatric Anesthesiology
• Willingness to start on or before May 16, 2026
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to hospital policies
• Possibility of travel for licensing, certification, or training reimbursements
