Medical, Dental, Vision, Flexible Spending and Health Savings Accounts (HSA) beginning first day of employment; company funds a portion of HSA for high-deductible health plans Company paid Life & Disability Insurance including short term, Long Term, and Life Great Tuition Reimbursement program to support undergraduate or graduate programs available to all employees Daily Workflow: Perform skilled fitting of parts, sub-assemblies and related units Align, adjust and require secondary machining Work from complicated assembly drawings and specifications Use a variety of precision measuring instruments and gauging devices to ensure proper fit Fasten parts together with bolts, screws, speed clips, rivets or other fasteners Work with assembly fixtures and power and air bench tools Able to assemble all sub-assemblies Able to assemble custom orders Double check accuracy and quality of product assembled Recognize and report defective parts Some lifting required of up to 50 pounds Maintain excellent communication with other department staff Consistently work on process improvement Remove small quantities of metal with hand files and scrapers to produce close fit between parts Check work and procedures of assemblers of lower classification Record production activity into ERP computer system Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations We're Seeking: High School Diploma or GED required Three years related experience. Effectively communicates (written/verbal) with personnel from all departments. Heavy lifting required, up to 50 lbs. Excellent organizational skills.
