AI & Automation Engineer

Job Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience focusing on Python-based production application development.

• Proficiency in AWS cloud-native architecture including serverless Lambda, Amazon ECS, and RDS configurations.

• Experience with generative AI implementation using platforms such as Amazon Bedrock, Claude, or OpenAI.

• Experience in PostgreSQL relational modeling, SQL query tuning, and managing complex JSONB data types.

• Experience with intelligent document processing (IDP) and OCR technologies such as Amazon Textract.

• Experience in engineering REST and GraphQL APIs for integrations with Salesforce and Encompass.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for translating operational needs into technical designs.

Job Responsibilities

• Design and deploy production-grade automation solutions and scalable backend services utilizing Python.

• Architect and maintain serverless and containerized workflows using AWS Lambda and Amazon ECS.

• Build intelligent AI-assisted lending pipelines and optimized prompt templates leveraging Amazon Bedrock.

• Develop end-to-end document processing systems incorporating automated classification, OCR, and data extraction.

• Design complex relational data models and execute performance tuning within Amazon RDS for PostgreSQL.

• Engineer durable enterprise integrations and webhooks between internal databases and platforms like Salesforce.

• Implement asynchronous messaging patterns and event-driven architectures using SQS, SNS, and EventBridge.
