[Responsibilities]

- Review and interpret complex engineering designs and drawings to ensure manufacturability and test readiness
- Develop comprehensive manufacturing plans and coordinate the fabrication and procurement of specialized hardware
- Oversee and support test hardware installation on aircraft and in laboratory settings
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with engineering, production, suppliers, and machine shops
- Update design documentation through redline processes and manage engineering change notices
- Provide technical support across multiple manufacturing sites and maintain alignment with project timelines

[Required Skills and Experience]

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or a related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in engineering design or manufacturing engineering
- Proficiency with manufacturing planning tools
- Solid experience using CAD tools such as CATIA or Siemens NX

[Preferred Skills]

- 3+ years of manufacturing engineering experience
- Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree
- Familiarity with MESci, ECNs, flight configuration changes, and redline coordination
- Knowledge of procurement systems and advanced fabrication processes
- Experience supporting flight or laboratory test environments
- Proficiency with CATIA, ENOVIA, NX, and Teamcenter
- Exposure to CNC machining, rapid prototyping, QA inspection, and structural analysis
