Talent Acquisition Specialist

Duration: 6 months possible extension Primary Purpose: Manages the entire life cycle recruiting process, from sourcing, assessing, and recruiting inclusive talent for all positions assigned, with a primary focus on supporting corporate recruiting efforts that attract top talent to the organization in a fast-paced service focused environment. Duties and Responsibilities: Identifies and engages top talent aligned with business needs while supporting commitment to an inclusive workplace. Develops, recommends, and executes tailored recruiting strategies in partnership with Hiring Managers to ensure successful searches for a wide range of roles, including more complex or hard-to-fill positions. Provides advanced guidance and expertise on recruiting tools and processes—including applicant tracking systems, interview frameworks, intake sessions, offers, and onboarding and coaches Hiring Managers on best practices. Builds targeted sourcing strategies using a mix of traditional and advanced methods (referrals, job boards, networking, market research, community partnerships, universities, and proactive outreach) while representing employee value proposition. Conducts thorough interviews to assess candidate skills, organizational fit, and long-term potential, synthesizing insights from pre-screens and interviews to deliver clear, informed recommendations to Hiring Managers. Maintains strong candidate engagement throughout the hiring process, ensuring timely communication, a positive experience, and smooth transitions between stages. Follows documented recruiting policies and practices to keep the hiring process consistent, organized, and aligned with established guidelines. Tracks recruiting activity, monitors key metrics, and provides Hiring Managers and TA Leadership with regular updates on requisition status, trends, and potential challenges. Works on ad hoc recruitment projects as assigned. Additional job duties may be assigned as needed to meet the needs of the business and support our values. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and work experience. 4 years of recruiting experience in a high volume/specialized environment. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential candidate information with discretion and professionalism. Strong knowledge of full-life-cycle recruiting practices, sourcing strategies, and applicable state and federal employment laws. Ability to design and execute sourcing plans and strategies for specialized, niche, or hard-to-fill roles. Demonstrated success building credibility and influencing hiring partners through collaboration, consultation, and sound judgment. Effective communicator with the ability to convey information clearly and build strong relationships with candidates and hiring partners. Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and manage a high volume of requisitions across multiple functions Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and standard recruiting tools (SuccessFactors preferred).
