Job Summary
Crouch Staffing Solutions, Inc. is hiring a Round Sander & Saw Operator for a local manufacturing company. This role is responsible for safely and efficiently operating saw and round sander equipment while ensuring accurate cuts, consistent sanding quality, and smooth product flow through the manufacturing process.
Job Duties
- Operate saw equipment safely and accurately, ensuring cuts meet required measurements and specifications.
- Operate round sander equipment to achieve consistent surface finish and proper material preparation.
- Inspect parts during and after processing to ensure quality standards are met.
- Stop and report any product that does not meet quality expectations.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas, including saw and sanding stations.
- Communicate with department leaders and supervisors regarding production flow, equipment issues, or material shortages.
- Support product flow by recognizing bottlenecks and assisting team members when available.
- Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and machine-specific safety protocols.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Production Manager.

Physical Requirements
- Must be able to work in a non-climate-controlled work environment, including very hot and cold conditions.
- Must be able to safely lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
- Must be able to stand on their feet for long periods of time.
