Caregiver Position

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Caregiver to provide exceptional care and support to our clients. This role requires dedication, professionalism, and a genuine passion for helping others. You will assist individuals who are elderly, injured, disabled, or recovering from illness, ensuring they maintain dignity and independence in their daily lives. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring, and mobility support, in accordance with each client's care plan.
• Encourage and support clients in performing as much of their personal care as possible to maintain independence.
• Assist with meal preparation and serve meals to clients, ensuring proper nutrition and hydration while respecting their preferences and dietary needs.
• Observe and document clients' eating habits, physical conditions, and emotional well-being, and report any significant changes to the supervisor.
• Promote social engagement by facilitating participation in leisure and planned activities, fostering friendships, and encouraging a sense of community.
• Maintain accurate daily records, including documentation of activities, observations, medication assistance (if applicable), and incidents, as per company policies.
• Keep the environment clean, safe, and organized by performing light housekeeping tasks, including laundry, kitchen cleaning, and maintaining common areas.
• Respond promptly and appropriately to emergencies or client requests, adhering to established protocols.

Qualifications:

• Authorization to work in the United States. High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in a caregiving role (professional or personal, such as assisting a child or adult family member).
• Proof of vaccination status (vaccinated or unvaccinated candidates welcome; documentation required prior to client care).
• Flexible availability to work day shifts, including short and irregular hours as needed.

Job Details:

• Job Type: Full-time or Part-time.
• Work Hours: Vary based on client needs.
• Work Location: Assignment to be discussed upon hire.

Compensation:

• $16–$21 per hour, based on experience and qualifications, with opportunity to grow.
