Overview:

Due to growth, Outbound Physical Therapy & Rehab is now hiring a Physical Therapist in Jefferson City, MO. Full-time is preferred, 40 hours are available. Part-time candidates with 20 hours of availability across two weekdays will also be considered.

Positions available include both a Clinic Director role and Staff-Level position.

New grad Physical Therapists will be supported and mentored for the staff-level position.

Caseload / Patient Population:

The Physical Therapist hired will work in an outpatient orthopedic clinic treating patients of all ages. The caseload focuses on general orthopedics and general neuro, with opportunities in dry needling, vestibular rehabilitation, blood flow restriction, and workers compensation cases.

The clinic also offers the chance to bring advanced technology into treatment plans through the Neubie and Winback, tools no other clinic in the area currently uses. The Physical Therapist will also collaborate closely with a Certified Hand Therapist OT on staff, creating a strong team approach to upper extremity care.

The ability to develop a specialty or attain certification is encouraged and supported.

Patients are scheduled every 45 minutes for one-on-one direct patient care.

Compensation and Benefits:

The compensation for a full-time position is in the range of $68,000 - $100,000 per year depending on experience and qualifications.

Clinicians also receive company paid continuing education, reimbursement for professional membership dues, and structured mentorship for PTs, PTAs, OTs, and COTAs, including extensive mentorship for new graduates and new hires and access to dedicated clinical specialists.

Work Schedule:

The clinic is open Monday through Friday with no weekend or major holidays required.

Clinicians should expect to work until 6 p.m. on 3 days per week.

Job Requirements:

Eligible for MO state licensure as a Physical Therapist.

Prior outpatient ortho experience is preferred.

New grad PTs will be supported and mentored for the Staff-Level role.

2 years minimum of outpatient experience is required for the Clinic Director role.

Full-time is preferred, 40 hours per week are available.

Part-time candidates with 20 hours of availability across two weekdays will also be considered.

Must be legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
