Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate ABA Provider/Early Intervention Specialist to join our team. As an integral member of our therapy department, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality Special Instruction and/or ABA services to children with autism and other developmental disabilities. Responsibilities Provide one-on-one and group ABA therapy sessions to children with autism and other developmental disabilities Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with parents, teachers, and other professionals Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas of strength and deficiency Document progress and maintain accurate records of treatment sessions Collaborate with other therapy professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care Participate in training and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices and evidence-based interventions Requirements MA/MS and New York State certification in any one of the following areas: Special Education Permanent Certificate Students with Disabilities Birth - Grade 2 Teacher for Students with Speech and Language Disabilities (TSSLD) Teacher of the Speech and Hearing Handicapped (TSHH) Teacher of the Deaf/Vision All experience levels welcome to apply, strong understanding of ABA principles and early intervention techniques preferred Proficiency with computers and electronic billing systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, parents, and caregivers Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility and adaptability What We Offer A dynamic and supportive work environment Opportunities for professional growth and development Flexible schedule and hours to allow for work-life balance.
