Pay range $293,600-$317,400 *Our team* Join our adaptable team of seven Physicians and three Advanced Practice Providers. We share a high level of trust with our team and the organization. This is a group that often pilots projects before they roll out system wide. *Position Overview* * Seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Family Physician * 1.0 FTE position * Ability to obtain an active license in Washington State * Providers who value high quality care and work life balance * Concise and compassionate communication skills to educate patients and families * Ability to thoroughly document and maintain comprehensive patient records *Work/Life Balance and Benefits* Gold Award Winner of the AMA's Joy in Medicine program for committed efforts to improve physician satisfaction and reduce burnout. * Compensation: First year salary guarantee based on MGMA/AMGA median, RVU production in year two.
