Key Responsibilities

Provide friendly, energetic, and positive interactions with guests
Hire, train, schedule and manage a team
Oversee daily opening/closing procedures and monitor consistent food quality and service
Ensure guest satisfaction and operational excellence
Proactively resolve guest complaints
Communicate expectations clearly and hold team accountable
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
