Restaurant Shift Manager

Overview Job Title: Shift Leader at Slim Chickens on Prosperity Ridge Road We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Shift Leader at Slim Chickens. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers have a great experience while they enjoy our delicious food. You will also be responsible for leading and motivating a team of employees to maintain a high level of quality, service, and cleanliness at all times. Responsibilities Oversee and manage daily operations during your shift, ensuring the team is providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving high-quality food, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Train, coach, and motivate team members to meet performance goals, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
