Starting with our flagship venue in Charlotte's Lower South End, Rally is reinventing recreation, and we're looking for enthusiastic, hospitality-oriented individuals to join our team!At Rally, we call our runners/bussers "Swarmers" because of the buzzing energy they contribute to the venue. Swarmers are a vital part of our support team, seamlessly connecting our front of house to our back of house and ensuring an outstanding guest experience. Swarmers ensure tables, courtside lounges, and service areas are cleared off and clean before, during, and after guests' visits. Teamwork, enthusiasm, multitasking, food and beverage service, and the ability to create "Magic Moments" are critical components of this job.What You'll Do:Deliver food and drink to guests in an efficient, expeditious manner.Anticipate guest pain points and strive to exceed expectations.Assist service team with all food and beverage service.Move with a sense of urgency and always keep busy.Clean and reset sections and zones in the venue.Comply with all safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures.Get along with others and be a team player.All other duties assigned as needed.To Be Successful in This Role, You'll:Be passionate about exceeding guest expectations and delivering "surprise and delight" moments.Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Demonstrate outstanding attention to detail.Thrive in a fast-paced environment where you must think on your feet.Demonstrate integrity, respect for others, and an appreciation for diversity.Stop at nothing to ensure a memorable guest experience.Successfully complete alcohol awareness training.Follow all rules, policies, procedures, and conditions of employment, including those outlined in the Employee Handbook.Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Ability to stand and walk for an entire shift and move safely through all venue areas, which may include stairs, uneven or slick surfaces.Work in a confined, crowded space of variable noise and temperature levels.While experience and hard skills are important, cultural fit is critical.
