Maintenance & Facilities Manager — Lead Repairs & Safety
Rose Valley Management
Rose Valley Management is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to organize and direct our maintenance program for buildings and grounds. You will coordinate with other departments, supervise a maintenance team, and ensure safety and code compliance. Responsibilities include planning repairs, overseeing electrical, plumbing and carpentry tasks, maintaining records, and using software to schedule work.
