Position Summary: We are currently seeking a talented applicant to participate as a Customer Service Intern for upwards of 3-6 months. Applicants will work at our Global Headquarters in St. Louis, MO.

Accountabilities:

• Customer Service, Deduction Management:
• Focus: Resolution of Deductions focus on shortages
• Validation for accuracy (all relevant paperwork and sku identification)
• Identify trends
• Credit input into SAP; Upon completion they will match the returns to the open deductions.

Required Skills and Experience: Qualified applicants should have skills with Microsoft Excel and some systems related knowledge / aptitude. Experience working with teams and with the ability to work with minimal supervision/direction.
