Position Overview The Concrete Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating all aspects of concrete construction on-site, including layout, forming, placing, and finishing. The ideal candidate has extensive field experience, strong leadership skills, and a solid understanding of commercial and industrial concrete work. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage concrete crews on-site to ensure efficient and safe operations Interpret blueprints, plans, and project specifications Coordinate daily activities and communicate with project managers and superintendents Supervise all aspects of concrete placement, including forming, pouring, finishing, and curing Maintain quality control and ensure work is done to specification Manage equipment, materials, and labor needs on site Enforce safety protocols and company policies Track and report progress, timecards, and potential issues Qualifications 5+ years of experience in concrete construction (commercial/industrial preferred) 2+ years in a leadership or foreman role Deep understanding of concrete forming, pouring, and finishing techniques Ability to read blueprints and interpret construction documents Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills OSHA 10 or 30 certification (or willingness to obtain) Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation What We Offer Competitive pay (based on experience) Overtime and per diem (when applicable) Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for advancement Join a team where your leadership and concrete expertise make a difference on every job site. #J-18808-Ljbffr
