Key Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, plan, implement, and evaluate personalized patient care.
• Provide clinical leadership to the patient care team during your shifts, ensuring adherence to the highest care standards.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing suitable care plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance patient outcomes.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Accurately document patient care activities in a timely manner.
• Offer guidance and support to the patient care team.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant setting.
• Active RN license in Illinois is required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA) are mandatory.
