MHS is seeking a skilled Enrollment Management School Psychologist to join our highvolume Enrollment Management team. Enrollment Management School Psychologists play a critical role in evaluating prospective students ages 4 - 15. They conduct comprehensive record reviews, administer psychological assessments, and prepare written reports that inform enrollment decisions. This role requires deep expertise in both school psychology and clinical psychology, with advanced skill in psychological assessment. This is an inoffice position that includes some evenings and weekends to support operational needs. Starting pay range is $83,000$111,000, based on years of experience, plus an excellent benefits package.

Key Responsibilities include:

  Review student files and educational/clinical records.

\n
• \n

  Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, including cognitive, achievement, behavioral, personality, observational, and psychosocial evaluations.

\n

  Prepare highquality written reports summarizing findings.

\n
• \n

  Collaborate closely with colleagues to support timely and accurate evaluations.

\n
• \n

  Manage multiple cases simultaneously in a fastpaced, highvolume environment.

\n
• \n

  Provide guidance to nonlicensed or noncertified staff involved in the processes.

\n
• \n

  Supervise Masterslevel practicum students.

\n
• \n

  Deliver presentations.

\n
• \n

  Contribute to continuous improvement of assessment and enrollment processes.

\n
• \n

  Maintain uptodate professional knowledge through ongoing professional development.

\n

Qualifications:

\n
• \n

  Masters degree in School Psychology and/or Clinical Psychology required; additional assessment training beyond the masters level required. A doctoral degree is a plus.

\n
• \n

  School Psychologist Certification required; NCSP preferred.

\n
• \n

  Minimum of 3 years of experience administering psychological assessments in school and/or clinical settings, including both objective and projective tools.

\n
• \n

  Spanish fluency is a plus.

\n
• \n

  Demonstrated expertise in assessing children ages 415, including intelligence, behavioral, and personality evaluations.

\n
• \n

  Strong ability to conduct thorough, discerning file reviews with exceptional judgment.

\n
• \n

  Outstanding written communication skills, especially in report writing.

\n
• \n

  Proficiency with Microsoft applications, databases, and online assessment platforms.

\n
• \n

  Exceptional interpersonal skills; experience working with underserved populations a plus.

\n
• \n

  Proven success managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, highvolume environment.

\n
• \n

  Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all MHS staff serve as role models for students.
