Buscamos un Asistente de Back Office (PRN) dinámico, organizado y con vocación de servicio para unirse a nuestro equipo quiropráctico. En esta función, trabajarás de manera flexible ("según sea necesario") para cubrir ausencias, periodos de alta demanda o proyectos especiales. Serás responsable de apoyar el flujo clínico diario, garantizar una excelente experiencia para el paciente y asistir al quiropráctico en las áreas operativas y de atención terapéutica de la clínica.
Responsabilidades Principales
- Atención y preparación del paciente: Recibir a los pacientes en el área clínica, guiarlos a las salas de tratamiento y prepararlos para sus terapias o ajustes.
- Apoyo en terapias quiroprácticas: Asistir al quiropráctico en la aplicación de terapias pasivas autorizadas (como tracción espinal, terapias de calor/hielo, estimulación eléctrica o ultrasonido, según las regulaciones estatales y la capacitación interna).
- Gestión de expedientes clínicos: Mantener las notas de tratamiento y los expedientes médicos electrónicos (EMR) actualizados y organizados, garantizando la total confidencialidad bajo las normas de privacidad.
- Mantenimiento y limpieza: Limpiar y desinfectar las mesas de ajuste y el equipo terapéutico después de cada uso. Mantener las salas de tratamiento ordenadas y con los suministros necesarios.
- Flujo de la clínica: Monitorear el tiempo de espera de los pacientes en el back office para asegurar un flujo eficiente y minimizar los retrasos.
- Educación al paciente: Brindar instrucciones básicas y material educativo a los pacientes sobre ejercicios post-tratamiento o cuidados recomendados por el doctor.
- Apoyo administrativo: Colaborar con el personal de recepción (front office) cuando sea necesario (atención telefónica, agendamiento de citas o cobros).
Requisitos y Calificaciones
- Experiencia: Mínimo de 1 año de experiencia en un entorno médico, clínico o quiropráctico (deseable, pero estamos dispuestos a capacitar al candidato ideal).
- Idioma: Bilingüe (Español/Inglés) es altamente preferido debido a la diversidad de nuestra comunidad de pacientes.
- Habilidades interpersonales: Excelente actitud de servicio al cliente, empatía, carisma y capacidad para trabajar con pacientes de todas las edades.
- Organización: Capacidad para realizar múltiples tareas en un entorno ágil y prestar atención a los detalles clínicos.
- Flexibilidad horaria: Al ser una posición PRN, disponibilidad para trabajar días específicos, medios días o cubrir turnos con previo aviso.
- Educación: Diploma de escuela secundaria o equivalente. Certificaciones en masoterapia, asistencia médica o áreas de la salud son un plus.
