Production Associate

Location: Liverpool, NY

Schedule: 1st & 2nd Shift Available

Pay: $19-$24/hr.

Looking to get your foot in the door with a growing manufacturing company? We’re hiring Production Associates to support a fast-paced, team-oriented shop environment. This is a great opportunity for someone with mechanical interest who wants to build hands-on skills and grow their career.

• Operate machines such as punch presses, grinders, drill presses, and shears
• Use hand tools to complete basic assembly and mechanical tasks
• Maintain accurate production records
• Follow all safety and quality standards
• Keep your work area clean and organized
• Work closely with team members to meet production goals
• Move materials safely (lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally)
• Support additional shop tasks as needed

✅ High school diploma or GED

✅ Ability to use basic hand tools

✅ Strong attention to detail

✅ Mechanical aptitude or interest in manufacturing

✅ Ability to stand, lift, and stay active throughout the shift

✅ Willingness to follow safety procedures and wear PPE

✔ 6+ months of manufacturing, assembly, or metal shop experience

✔ Exposure to industrial equipment or production environments

✔ Interest in learning multiple areas of the shop

You’ll work in a manufacturing setting producing advanced components and systems. Expect:

• Moderate noise levels
• Exposure to machinery and industrial conditions
• Use of required PPE at all times
• Active, hands-on work (standing, lifting, moving materials)

This is a Permanent position based out of Syracuse, NY.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $24.00/hr.
