HR Operations Manager

To build a scalable People function, the full-time HR Operations Manager will own HR operations including HRIS administration, payroll coordination, and onboarding processes while working remotely in the United States. Key responsibilities Manage end-to-end HR operations, including HRIS administration, employee records, and benefits administration for a global workforce Design and implement effective onboarding and offboarding programs to enhance employee experience Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws while maintaining clear HR policies and processes Required qualifications 4+ years of HR operations experience, preferably in a fast-growing startup environment Hands-on experience with HRIS and payroll/benefits administration Working knowledge of U.S. employment law and multi-state compliance Ability to build scalable systems and processes while managing ambiguity Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills
